LOCAL DELIVERY

Shipping is free for any purchase.

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 24–72 hours (business days). U.S. delivery typically arrives in 5–10 business days after dispatch. International delivery typically arrives in 7–14 business days after dispatch.

Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).

Most orders ship within 24–72 hours from purchase.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order dispatches.

Delivery Estimates

United States: 5–10 business days after dispatch

International: 7–14 business days after dispatch
Note: Rural areas, weather, customs, or carrier delays may extend these estimates.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.

Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.

Address Changes & Order Edits

If you need to update your address or cancel, contact us within 2 hours of placing the order at support@odusly.com with the subject “Order Change”. We’ll do our best, but changes aren’t guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

Failed Delivery / Returned to Sender

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship once the address is corrected. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipments.

Lost or Stuck Shipments

If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days (U.S.) or 15 business days (international), contact us at support@odusly.com and we’ll help investigate with the carrier.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, email support@odusly.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We’ll arrange a replacement or solution.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International)

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and handling fees charged by local authorities. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not collected by Odusly.

Holiday & Peak Periods

During holidays or promotional periods, processing and delivery may take a little longer due to higher order volumes.

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Refunds
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
